I open with a story from my experience working in social housing. A gut feeling prompted me to avoid a potentially risky situation, highlighting the power of intuition in guiding our actions and decisions.
Intuition plays a pivotal role in manifestation, acting as a conduit for aligning with one's deepest desires and goals. Through intuition, individuals can recognise patterns, seize opportunities, and navigate towards our intended outcomes with clarity and purpose.
The episode explores the relationship between ADHD and intuition, shedding light on why individuals with ADHD are often considered more intuitive. 
As well as a little glimpse into how entrepreneurship aligns closely with intuitive cognitive styles, making it a natural fit for people with ADHD.

In this weeks episode I want to talk about why having a vision for your life is so important and one of the things that can be easily forgotten about and glossed over especially for us ADHDers. 
In order to move forwards we have to move forwards with intention. We cannot just sit back and wait for things to happen we have to make things happen. 
Whatever it is we want, whoever we want to be, whatever kind of life you want to live you have to make it happen. 
You have to become the person, you have to go do the thing, you have to go be the thing.
If you have a feeling in your gut that says this isn’t it… there is more, there is more to me, there is more to life, this just is not it.
